Any one dare to to think of India food first and come out with matching wines!
You are what you eat and that is how we have not left much of tradition that has been. It is not wine is not a part of life style but confined to really aristocratic families unlike in western countries where wine is like a glass of water at the dining table.
Indian are catching up with wine consumption but opinion leaders have to experiment with matching wines for Indian foods.
As some one asked, what wine ONE should drink along with SAMBAR RICE and CURD RICE.
